Postage within Australia is 11$ for up to 3kg with next day delivery service.
International postage will be calculated depending on the country of destination.
We use regular air mail.
If you would like your items posted express internationally let us know either in the notes as you order or via e mail.
Exchange and Returns Policy

We at Etnix would like you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, please let us know. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, colour, or size of an item we will
gladly replace it.
Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size or colour if they are available. If a model, size or colour is unavailable a gift-card will be issued in its’ stead.
We offer an exchange, or gift-card, on all garments returned within 28 days.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, a refund will be issued.
A refund will be issued for online purchases only, if they are returned in the condition in which they were received within 14 days for Australian orders and 30 days for international orders..
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Years, processing may take longer.
To return an item, please enclose the order reference number or invoice within the parcel being returned.
We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. Etnix is not responsible for any items not received or lost.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by our Team and confirmed as faulty.
ONLINE RETURNS TO STORE
Items purchased online can be exchanged for items of the same value or above in our Etnix Byron Bay store providing it is accompanied by the original Invoice and within 28 days.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
Where possible we will exchange or issue a credit note, for use within 6 months; for any items not used (including sale items) within 28 days of their purchase. We are unable to issue a refund where an item is unwanted.
If any item purchased is not of a satisfactory quality, please return the item with the receipt where possible to our Etnix Byron Bay store,and a refund will be issued if appropriate.
